Winter 2021

SFC General Basketball
Training Programs

January 18th - April 11th
2021

SFC Elite
 

This program is designed for players with advanced skill-sets and/or a high level of
dedication to their basketball training.  Players in this program will have up to 5 days of training per week that will include in-person and online training. 

Specifics include:

 

  • Two in-person training sessions (75 min outdoor & 90 min or 105 min indoor)

  • Two online training sessions (30 min each)

  • One Strength and Conditioning session (45 min)

  • Tuesday - Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

    • Tues/Sat or Thurs/Sun - In-Person Training

    • Tues and Thurs - Online training

  • Elite Season Fee Monthly Sessions (3) - $460/Session; $1,380/Season

  • Elite Season Pass - $1,174 / $100 deposit/$358 per month payment plan *

SFC Competitive
 

This program is designed for players who are at the intermediate to almost advanced level skill-set and/or have a passion for basketball but have conflicts due to other interests.
Players in this program will have up to 4 days of training per week.

Specifics include:

 

  • Two in-person training sessions (75 min outdoor and 90 min indoor)

  • Two online training sessions (30 min each)

  • One Mindfulness check-in (30 min)

  • One Strength and Conditioning session (45 min)

  • Tues - Thurs, Sat, and Sun

  • Competitive Season Fee Monthly Sessions (3) - $400/Session; $1,200/Season

  • Competitive Season Pass - $1,020 / $100 deposit/$306 per month payment plan *

SFC High School Varsity
 

This program is designed for high school varsity athletes who want high caliber training to prepare them for their upcoming season.  Led by Coach Kareem Guilbeaux and Skills Director Fale Malepeai, as well as Skills Coaches JC Reyes and Trevor Dunbar, this program will focus on creating/enhancing go-to moves, mastering pace, and understanding the nuances of the game.  Players in this program will have up to five days of training per week. 

Specifics include:

  • Four in-person training sessions (may include Strength and Conditioning)

  • Weekly 3x3 Champions League (intrasquad scrimmages)

  • High School Fee Per Session - $400

  • High School Varsity Season Fee Monthly Sessions (3) - $400/Session; $1,200/Season

  • High School Varsity Season Pass - $1,020 / $100 deposit/
    $282 per month payment plan *

SFC High School Junior Varsity
 

This program is designed for high school junior varsity hopefuls (9th and 10th graders) who want high caliber training to prepare them for their upcoming season.  Led by our elite staff of skills coaches, this program will focus on creating go-to moves, understanding pace, and understanding the nuances of the game.  Players in this program will have up to five days of training per week. 

Specifics include:

 

  • Four in-person training sessions (may include Strength and Conditioning)

  • Mindfulness training/ check-in

  • Weekly 3x3 Champions League (intrasquad scrimmages)

  • High School Fee Per Session - $400

  • High School J V Season Fee Monthly Sessions (3 ) - $400/Session; $1,200/Season

  • High School Junior Season Pass - $1,020 / $100 deposit/
    $340 per month payment plan *

SFC Contactless Basketball Training
 

This program is designed with safety placed as it's priority!  Geared for those families who are more concerned about the COVID-19 pandemic and prefer training that prevents all physical contact amongst participants, as well as sharing of equipment.  These training sessions are outdoors-only, which is a safer alternative.  Led by our elite staff of coaches, this program will focus on shooting, ball-handling, and general conditioning that many of our youth are missing during this time. 


Specifics include:

 

  • Two Outdoor Shooting Clinic Sessions (90 min each)

  • One Virtual Training Session (30 min)

  • 14 hrs/week

  • Contactless Training Fee Monthly Sessions (3) - $350/Session; $1,050/Season

  • Contactless Training Season Pass - $945 / $100 deposit/
    $282 per month payment plan *

Basic Program Breakdown
Winter 2021

 

  • Four Specialty Camps - 6 weeks each (listed below)

  • Two in-person sessions per week (90 and 120 min)

  • One Virtual Film Session and High Performance

  • Mindset Training Session (60 min)

  • Workouts Recorded and Uploaded to Hudl Video Sharing Service 

  • Each player given access to our Champions Hudl account to review workouts and breakdowns

  • 4.5 hr pr week = 27 hrs total

  • $675 full price or $400 (Jan) and $275 (Feb) payment plan

  • Become effective in the Pick and Roll 

    • Learn how to get buckets effectively

    • Become a great passer and understand your reads based on floor spacing

    • Gain an ability to stretch the floor

  • Become a great passer from the high post and top of the key

  • Gain dominating footwork in both the low and mid-post

  • Develop a back to the basket and face-up game from the high to low post

  • Learn effective dribble moves needed for the modern big man
