non-profit organization devoted to youth basketball.
We will consider requests for Financial Assistance
after reviewing the information you provide in the form below.
If eligible, we may want to discuss this request with you personally and work out potential payment options. Eligibility is based on financial need,
commitment to attend practices and games, and
the player's individual academic status/progress.
This form must be submitted prior to
registering for any SFC Program or Event
to be considered.
